Sometimes when there's a sync conflict in the desktop app, users are asked to copy a link to the file that's in conflict and send it to Support. In 2.17, it's possible to copy the link in a familiar way.
Bug fixes

Reduced the amount of data that is downloaded in situations where there are lots of versions of the same file.
Reduced the number of API calls that the desktop app makes to the Workshare server.
Improved uploads when used on minimum spec machine.

[OS X with VoiceOver enabled] When a user clicks on the text field in the Share to Groups dialog (launched from Finder), the Workshare sync process goes into a 'Not Responding' state.

Workaround: Disable VoiceOver while working with the Share to Groups dialog by pressing F5 before clicking in the text field.
